Which size should I get?
Measure around the center of your knee with a tape. S = 30–35cm · M = 35–40cm · L = 40–45cm · XL = 45–50cm. If you're between sizes, size up for everyday wear, size down for performance.
Left or right knee?
It's universal — same brace works on either leg. The patella ring is symmetrical.
Can I wear it under pants?
Yes. It's only 4mm thick at the thinnest points and sits flat against the skin.
Is it a medical device?
No. It's a supportive compression brace designed for sport and everyday use. For diagnosed knee conditions, please consult your physician.
